Akmens Dizains started its operations in 2007 with the idea of exclusive plumbing. Over time, we have specialized and now offer only surfaces, which is one of the most complex products.
Only the highest quality materials are suitable for tabletops, and high precision equipment and skilled craftsmen are necessary for flawless and precise manufacturing.
We differ in that we only manufacture surface materials - kitchen countertops and bathroom countertops. The range of available materials is truly wide, and the majority of materials are available on-site. We offer stone surface materials from well-known manufacturers as well as lesser-known alternative solutions at more affordable prices.
Kitchen sinks and mixer taps
Kitchen sinks from the German manufacturer Blanco - tested quality, excellent design and a wide range. Blanco is the largest kitchen sink manufacturer in Germany.
Sinks are available with various installation methods - built-in, top-mounted, and flush-mounted. Sinks are available in various materials - composite stone or Silgranite, stainless steel, and ceramic.
Blanco offers various models, sizes, and colors of mixer taps and liquid soap dispensers. The mixers are available with either a pull-out shower or a two-in-one option - a faucet for both the sink and drinking water.

Stone table tops
A natural granite, natural quartzite, and marble stone surface for a stone table. A unique work of art created by nature, available in a single copy. A wide range of granite from different countries is available, SENSA granite from Cosentino - specially selected collections of natural stone that are treated with special agents to prevent acid absorption.
Remember that marble is much softer and more porous material, therefore we do not recommend choosing marble for kitchen surfaces, or you should be prepared to handle it with special care to prevent scratches and stains over time.
Artificial stone surfaces
Artificial stone surfaces made of quartz and ceramics - not to be confused with Solid stone (acrylic composite, plastic) which is also called artificial stone in Latvia.
Quartz and ceramic are hard and durable materials, with high resistance to scratches. Quartz and ceramic are non-porous materials that are easy to maintain. Quartz and ceramic are available in a wide range of colors, and unlike natural stone, their colors are "pure". Quartz and ceramic are available in both polished and matte finishes. We work with leading quartz and ceramic manufacturers such as Silestone, Caesarstone, Technistone, Dekton, Marazzi, Neolith, and others.

Measurement
We use a digital scanner-measuring device that eliminates the possibility of errors in measurements, angles, and wall unevenness. Production drawings are prepared digitally and electronically sent for production.
Material
We work with leading suppliers of natural (granite, marble) and engineered materials (quartz, ceramics - Silestone, Technistone, Dekton, Neolith, Marazzi), using only high-quality materials.
Production
In Latvia, we represent Nerostein AS, the largest stone processing company in the Baltic and Scandinavian regions. Our factory covers an area of approximately 4300m2 and we use 12 CNC machines, 2 waterjets, and 3 edge processing machines to produce surfaces. This allows us to fulfill any order with high quality and fast turnaround times. Currently, we produce around 300 table tops per week.
Assembly
Surface installation is carried out by experienced craftsmen using the latest technology sealants and manufacturer recommendations.
