Sink (overmounted). A hole is cut in the surface and the sink is fixed to the surface from above, supported by the sides of the sink.
Undermounted washbasin. The opening is cut into the surface, the edges of the opening are polished and the sink fixing brackets are inserted into the surface from below. The sink shall be fixed to the surface from below with the brackets. Bottom-mounted washbasins are the most common and easy-to-use option.
Flush-mounted washbasin (flush fit). A hole is cut in the surface and a recess is milled from the top, like a ladder, in the thickness of the sink rim. The sink is fixed from above on the edge of the sink, which is flush with the surface. Note that this type of fixing is only possible for sinks with rounded edge corners.
Integrated sinks. Quartz Silestone Integrity sinks, made of the same material as the surface, as well as Silgranite sinks can be integrated into the surface without a visible connection point.
