Granite

Granite is a natural material that is highly resistant to impact, heat and scratches, and will last for years if properly cared for. The darker and smoother the granite, the denser and stronger the material. As granite is a completely natural material, each stone is unique in its shade and pattern.

Heat resistanceA: Granite can withstand temperatures of up to 200 degrees Celsius, making it a great material for kitchen worktops.

Scratch resistanceA: Granite is highly scratch resistant. A kitchen knife should not leave scratches on a granite worktop. However, a cutting board is recommended to avoid wear and minimise the risk of scratches.
